On early Monday morning, Union County Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Thomas discovered an active Methamphetamine lab, several items used to manufacture meth, drug paraphernalia, meth and marijuana at the home of Michael E. Clark, 36, of Uniontown. Also found on site were a rifle, two shotguns and a full container of Anhydrous Ammonia.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office received a tip from the Morganfield Police Department of a possible Methamphetamine lab at the residence on Hodgins Road.
Clark; Steven Davis, 39, of Henderson; Michael E. Webb, 45, of Henderson; and Tosha J. Fischer, 28, of Evansville were present and charged with the following offenses:
Drug Paraphernalia; Buy/Possess; Possession of a controlled substance; Possession of Marijuana; Manufacturing Methamphetamine; and Knowingly possessing Anhydrous Ammonia other than approved container with intent to manufacture meth.
Clark was also charged with Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
All were lodged in the Union County Jail.
Deputy Thomas was assisted in his investigations by Deputy Jay Workins of the Henderson County Sheriff Department, Officers Benjamin Perry and Chris Toman of the Morganfield Police Department and Trooper Aaron Pryor of the Kentucky State Police.
Troopers Eric Dilback and Matt Conley of the Kentucky State Police were called to dismantle the Meth lab.
