Tom Utley, 58, of Morganfield died Thursday, May 8, 2008 at his home.
He was a coal miner and a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, the United Mine Workers of America, and the Uniontown VFW. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Vietnam and Germany.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl R. Utley, and a sister, Helen Utley.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene; his mother, Martha Utley of Morganfield; one daughter, Sara Elizabeth Hamilton and husband Mike of Marion, Ky.; three sisters, Peggy Murphy of Naples, Fla., Sue Greulich of Evansville, Ind., and Rose Bumgarner of Uniontown; and five brothers, Jerry Utley of Chandler, Ind., Richard Utley of Evansville, Ind., Joe Utley and Jack Utley, both of Morganfield, and Powell Utley of Greenville, Ky.
Burial will be at a later date.
