Tonight we had approximately 100 area residents turn out at the Waverly Knights of Columbus Hall to review plans for new U.S. 60 from Morganfield to Henderson and offer comments. 150 people showed up Tuesday night a the Corydon meeting. Anyone who was unable to attend one of these public meetings and would like to review the plans can do so at the Kentucky Department of Highways District Two Office in Madisonville. We will also accept comments from the public for the next 30 days. Everyone who attended the meetings and received a comment sheet is asked to mail their comments in before the deadline.
